Honeywell India Appoint Vikas Chadha As New President

Honeywell, the American based technology and manufacturing company has appointed Vikas Chadha as the President for Honeywell India. Chadha will succeed Anant Maheshwari in his new role.

Honeywell's newly appointed President, Vikas Chadha will take up his new role, effective August 1, 2016. Chadha has served with Honeywell for 7 years as the Managing Director (MD) of Honeywell Automation India Limited (HAIL) since January 1, 2014.

Before serving as the MD for Honeywell Automation India Limited (HAIL), Vikas Chadha served as the Regional General Manager and as the Regional Director for Honeywell. Before Honeywell, Chadha was a consultant with McKinsey and Company in the Middle East.

Speaking about his new role, Chadha said, "It is a great opportunity to be taking on this role now as Honeywell continues its evolution as a cyber-industrial company with strong capabilities in software engineering and product development, much of which is coming from our plants in India."
