Honda Mobilio Facelift Update Launch Within 2016 In India
Honda Cars India plans on introducing several new and interesting models during 2016. The Mobilio MPV (Multi-Purpose Vehicle) is next to get an update by Honda designers. The 2016 Honda Mobilio is expected to launch in the country by this year-end.
Both interiors as exterior design of the 2016 Mobilio will receive a mild update. The new Mobilio could get more sporty and aggressive styling cues by Honda designers. So far, Honda Car India has not confirmed all the updates that will be carried out on their Mobilio facelift model.
Powering the Mobilio facelift will be 1.5-litre i-VTEC and i-DTEC engine options. The petrol engine produces 117.37bhp and 145Nm of torque. The diesel engine produces 98.63bhp and 200Nm of torque. Both engines are mated to a 5-speed manual transmission and an automatic option could be introduced.
Several premium features will be provided in the 2016 Mobilio as standard. Honda will also be equipping their updated MPV with various safety features as standard equipment. Most elements offered on the new Amaze will be carry forwarded on to the 2016 Mobilio.
The pricing will surely witness a hike owing to the new equipment and styling updates by Honda. 2016 Mobilio facelift is expected to boost sales for Honda and regain the number one spot amongst the MPV segment in India.
