Next-Gen Honda Accord Launching In India Tomorrow
The 2016 Honda Accord will compete against the likes of Toyota Camry Hybrid and the Skoda Octavia.

This
is
one
of
the
most
awaited
premium
sedans
in
the
country.
The
vehicle
was
showcased
at
this
year's
Auto
Expo
2016.
The new Accord is a hybrid featuring an all new design and major updates. Honda has already revealed the features and specifications of the vehicle at the expo.
The 2016 model is the best looking Accord so far when we compare the with previous generations. Outside, the car features projector headlamps, LED DRLs, LED taillights, bold character lines, molded bumpers and a sloping roofline.
On the inside, it includes a new instrument cluster, four spoke leather wrapped steering wheel, a 7.7 inch Multi-Information Display, another 7-inch touch screen featuring all essential function of the on-board audio system and a dual-zone climate control.
Under the hood is a 2.0-litre, i-VTEC petrol engine coupled with an electric motor. Both combined produces 213bhp and 306Nm of torque. The powerplant is mated to an e-CVT transmission with offers various driving modes.
The price range of the new Accord is expected to start from Rs 30 lakh and go up to Rs 40 lakh for the top variant. This model will compete against the likes of Toyota Camry Hybrid and the Skoda Octavia.
