Gurgaon Gets Its Very Own Ford Technical Training Centre
Ford India has inaugurated its all-new technical Training Centre in Manesar, Gurgaon. The training facility is completely independent and will be organised by Ford. A pool of talented and trained technicians will be groomed at the facility.
The training facility in Gurgaon is spread across 18,000 square feet. Ford India explains that they can train 13,500 trainees per year, which is phenomenal. The American-based automobile manufacturer has partnered with Technical Training inc. (TTi) for this endeavour.
Automotive Student Service Educational Training (ASSET) and Technical Training centres by Ford are inaugurated to improve customer convenience. The American-based manufacturer has implemented Ford Service Price Promise, Sub Assembly Levels for Repairs, Ford Happy Pockets, Ford Vehicle Personalization Centre, along with Localization and Competitive Parts pricing.
Currently, Ford India has six operational training centres across the country. Ahmedabad, Chennai, Cochin, Kolkata, Kolhapur, and Mohali already exist. Inaugurating the Technical Training Centre in Manesar, Gurgaon was Anurag Mehrotra, Executive Director, Marketing, Sales and Service for Ford India.
