Datsun launched its very first urban cross model in the form of redi-GO in India on June 7. The Japanese-based manufacturer has now launched its 'Ready India' TV campaign pan India. All-new TV campaign by Datsun India is aimed to inspire the youth of the country.
Lively music and catchy lyrics in the campaign are meant to attract the youth of India. Ram Sampath, popular music director compose the music for the commercial. Sona Mohapatra offered her iconic voice for the 'Ready India' campaign.
redi-GO by Datsun is powered by a 799cc, in-line three-cylinder i-SAT engine. The engine produces 53bhp, along with 72Nm of peak torque and is mated to a 5-speed manual transmission. Datsun confirms that their smallest car on offer will deliver a fuel efficiency figure of 25.17 km/l.
Base variant of Datsun redi-GO is priced attractively at Rs. 2.49 lakh ex-showroom (Mumbai). The fully-loaded redi-GO model from Datsun costs only Rs. 3.49 lakh ex-showroom (Mumbai). On offer will be five variant options that customers can choose between.
