Chevrolet Cruze To Get A Minor Facelift
American carmaker Chevrolet will soon launch the Cruze with a minor facelift for the Indian market. The facelift and style updates will include a slightly redesigned front grille, new front bumper, Daytime Running Lights (DRLs), and better foglamps with a touch of chrome. The rear will also be tweaked a little to go with the Cruze Sedan's front design.
For the interior, the Cruze will be equipped with MyLink infotainment system that is from the Chevrolet Trailblazer, which features voice recognition, Bluetooth connectivity, and hands free option to answer phone calls. The infotainment screen will also display what the rear camera captures, helping the driver reverse safely.
On the mechanical front, the Chevrolet Cruze will be powered by the same 2.0-litre diesel engine that produces 164bhp, which powers the current model of the Cruze sold in India. The carmaker will also retain the 6-speed manual and automatic gearbox that does the duty in the car now.
The facelifted Chevrolet Cruze could be expected to hit the showrooms soon. Stay tuned to DriveSpark for more updates.
