Bugatti Planning Four Door Sedan

French luxury carmaker Bugatti is considering developing a four door sedan as a followup to the recently launched Chiron.

Speaking to Bloomberg, Bugatti President and CEO Wolfgang Duerheimer said, "I can't get the idea for a four-door limousine out of my head. It's one of the options we might look into again as a possible next project."

Bugatti have toyed with the idea of the four door sedan before when they unveiled the 16C Galibier concept in 2009. A revised version of the 16C Galibier could very well be back on the cards.

Bugatti are also considering using hybrid powertrain despite the fact that it will add weight to the car. Despite this Duerheimer has stated "that doesn't mean we abandon this topic forever."
