BMW completes 100 years today, and to celebrate this occasion, the German automakers have teased an image of a new vehicle.
Founded in 1916 as 'Bayerische Flugzeugwerke', the company initially manufactured engines for aeroplanes during the First World War. Later, The company was renamed into 'Bayerische Motoren Werke'.
In celebration, the manufacturer will hold an event which will be streamed live over the internet.
BMW released a teaser image of a new car, as part of its 'The Next 100 Years' campaign.
Given that the twin-kidney grille in the teaser looks similar to the one sported on BMW's i8 hybrid sports car, chances are that the new model could be an addition to the I range.
