This Is One Audi You'll Want To Drive For 24 Hours
Meet the Audi R8 V10 Plus Selection 24h. Yes, that name may be quite a mouthful, but what this limited edition Audi R8 will enter the garages of only 24 people across the world.
The selection 24h features the same 5.2-litre V10 producing 602bhp and 560Nm of torque found in the 'normal' R8 V10 Plus. It will also do the sprint from 0-100km/h in just 3.2 seconds and will top out at 330km/h.
What makes this 'Selection 24h' so special is that Audi has thrown in a lot of the cosmetic bits found in the R8 GT3 race car onto the body of the R8 V10 Plus. Bits like the the front spoiler, wing mirrors, bonnet lid, sideblades, rear wing and diffuser are all made from carbon-fiber and are all done up in a rather glossy black. To remind everyone else about your rather special car, Audi has added a unique 'R8 24' logo to the carbon sideblades.
To help further accentuate the car, Audi has given the car a tricolour paint job. Most of the car is done up in white, the carbon bits are gloss black while red stripe around the bottom of the car as well straight down the sides of the sideblades provide a rather brilliant contrast to the black and white.
The Audi R8 V10 Plus Selection 24h will cost each of its 24 owners the princely sum of €229,000 (Rs. 1.73 Crores).
