Audi India Inaugurates A 24x7 Service Centre In Gurgaon

Audi India has inaugurated its all-new 24x7 service centre in Gurgaon. The new service centre will work round the clock and is also the biggest workshop in the country, Audi Service Gurgaon. Mechanics and other staff members will work in batches of three shifts.

Customers of Audi will benefit the most from this 24x7 service centre. Vehicles can be given for servicing at any time of the day without removing special time from their busy schedule. Audi India believes that service efficiency will improve by 30 percent as the staff will not be overburdened.

Turnaround time is also expected to improve owing to better productive hours. The infrastructure of the service centre will also be utilised to the maximum as it will be operational 24x7. Convenience for the customer is a top priority at Audi India and the 24x7 service centre is a great start.

33 Audi vehicles can be accepted at a time, owing to 14 dedicated service bays. Dedicated sales and service area is spread across 26,000 sq. ft. For smooth operation between shifts, no mechanic or service individual will be allowed on the floor over eight hours.
