Armaan Secures Podium At Suzuka Lamborghini Super Trofeo
Armaan Ebrahim and teammate Dilantha Malagamuwa drive for the Dilango Racing team in the 2016 Lamborghini Blancpain Super Trofeo Asia Series. The duo achieved a double podium at the first round and have now won another podium at Suzuka.
Race one saw Armaan and his partner finish third after a well-fought race. Fortunes turned around in race two as the engine of their Lamborghini Huracan GT3 was destroyed. The incident saw the duo retire from race two, as they were running in a comfortable fifth place.
The third round is scheduled to be held between July 24-24, 2016. Lamborghini Blancpain Super Trofeo Asia paddock will move to Buriram, Thailand. Armaan Ebrahim and his teammate will aim to recover vital points to keep their championship hopes alive.
Armaan Ebrahim is the very first and youngest Indian racer to be part of the Lamborghini Blancpain Super Trofeo Asia Championship. He has also been selected for Lamborghini Young Drivers Program 2016. They will provide the needed training to become a professional racing driver.
