Volkswagen India Inaugurate Workshop In Kollam To Improve After-Sales
Volkswagen India has inaugurated their new workshop in Kollam, Kerala on 30th of July, 2015. The German manufacturer is focussing on improving their customer experience in India.
This new workshop will handled by EVM Passenger Cars India Pvt. Ltd. in Kollam. It is situated at Industrial Estate Road, Umayanalloor and the workspace is spread across 7,500 sq. ft.
On offer will be eight workshop bays in Kollam to offer the best after-sales service. A team of 26 specially trained technicians and support staff will be present and provide service as soon as possible.
This state-of-the-art workshop will be capable of servicing vehicles and carrying out repairs. Workers will also be undertaking paint as well as bodywork repair that is needed by Volkswagen vehicles.
Currently Volkswagen offers the Polo range of hatchbacks, along with the Vento and Jetta models. The German manufacturer has huge plans for the next 24 months, regarding new product launches.
VW India has decided to sort out its after-sales experience, prior to introduction of new products. They want to strengthen their position in South India and improving customer experience is the first step.
