Virat Kohli Adds Another Audi To His Collection
Virat Kohli purchases an all-new Audi A8 L for himself and meets Joe King, the Head of Audi India. Previously, Kohli had taken delivery of the fastest Audi at its launch, the R8 LMX. Kohli has several supercars in his garage and the A8 L is his latest addition to his lineup.
Kohli has chosen the Audi A8 L, with a 6.3-litre, W12 petrol engine for himself. The engine produces 494bhp, along with 625Nm of peak torque, and delivers a fuel economy of 4.7km/l (ARAI tested). Power is delivered to all four wheels of the vehicle through an 8-speed automatic transmission with paddle shifters.
Audi offers its A8 L model with a wide range of customization options to its customers. The exterior can be selected from over 100 colour options while the interior has 23 colour options. Audi also offers twelve options in wooden inserts.
The A8 L is the long wheelbase version of the regular executive saloon. Audi has equipped the A8 L with several safety features as standard equipment. The German carmaker has also provided the A8 L with Audi's Matrix headlight system.
Virat Kohli currently plays for the Indian Cricket team and is the Captain for the Test team. He also plays in the Indian Premier League and leads the Royal Challengers Bangalore team. Kohli was awarded International Cricket Council (ICC) One-Day Player of the Year Award in 2012.
The Indian Cricketer loves his cars and owns a wide range of Audi vehicles. In Virat Kohli's garage, you will find the Q7 SUV, R8, R8 LMX limited edition model, and the latest addition is the A8 L model.
