Tata National Monsoon Check-Up Camp From 28th July to 2nd August
Every automobile manufacturer has realised that only launching products in India is not sufficient. Customers are also expecting regular activity from their brand and voluntary care of products as well.
Tata Motors is now organising their Monsoon check-up camp throughout the nation. Indian automobile manufacturer will be checking vehicles between 28th of July to 2nd of August, 2015.
This check-up will be held in 293 cities and 585 Tata Motors workshop across India. Free Monsoon check-up camp is being organised for passenger vehicles as well as their utility vehicles.
Mayank Pareek, President, Passenger Vehicle Business Unit, Tata Motors, expressed, "Further to the success of the first Mega Service Camp, we are very pleased to announce the roll out of the second phase."
He further added, "We believe that after-market services are imperative to enhance customer experience. This service camp is specially targeted to help our customers overcome issues that are resultant of the monsoons."
Tata will be offering 20 percent discount on original parts and labour costs. There will also be 25 suppliers who provide accessories, lubricants and other value added services with additional 10 percent off.
