Tata Motors Bolt Hatchback Features In ‘Get Set Bolt’ TVC
Tata Motors is currently the largest manufacturer and seller among Indian automobile manufacturers. At the 2014 Auto Expo the Indian manufacturer showcased its Zest and Bolt vehicles. The Zest compact sedan was launched in 2014 and Bolt hatchback has been launched in India on 22nd of January, 2015.
The Indian manufacturer is betting high on their new product the Bolt hatchback. It is the most feature rich product, when compared to its competitors Maruti Suzuki Swift and Hyundai Elite i20. Tata Motors has taken a new direction with the launch of their new and interesting Bolt.
Powering this Indian hatchback will be a diesel and petrol engine:
- A 1.2-litre turbocharged MPFi REVOTRON petrol engine with Multi-Drive mode will power the Bolt. It will produce 99.73 horsepower, along with 140 Nm of peak torque. The engine will be paired to a 5-speed manual gearbox and the hatchback will be offered in several trim options.
- A 1.3-litre common rail direct injection diesel engine will do duty in the Bolt hatchback. It will produce 73.94 horsepower, along with 190 Nm of peak torque. The engine will be paired to a 5-speed manual gearbox and the hatchback will be offered in several trim options.
Unfortunately Tata Motors have not equipped their Bolt hatchback with the popular AMT option. They claim if there is a demand they will introduce the technology. Currently they want to focus on reducing the backlog of Zest compact sedan with the AMT option, which has witnessed an overwhelming response by Indians.
For every new product that is launched, it has to be followed by an advertisement campaign to reach out to a larger audience. The most popular way of promoting a new product is by introducing a TVC. Tata Motors has come up with a new TVC called ‘Get Set Bolt' and focusses on all the important features of the hatchback.
