Tata Showcases Their Bolt Rally Car At 2015 Big Boys Toys Expo
Tata Motors has revealed their Bolt Rally ready version at 2015 Big Boys Toys Expo. From the looks of it, we do not see any radical changes, except for the racing decals across the bodywork.
2015 Big Boys Toys Expo is currently held in Mumbai for the following three days. Several other Tata products like Safari Storme fully-loaded and GenX Nano with all accessories is on display.
Bolt Rally car cannot be easily differentiated with the normal passenger vehicle. There is no inclusion of an aerodynamic spoiler or wider body kit, only white race decals have been provided.
Tata Motors has also provided white alloys and rally-spec tyres to their Bolt hatchback. We believe the Indian automobile manufacturer wants to portray an image of both models being similar and possible of winning Rally events.
No details have been revealed of what is under the hood of Tata Bolt Rally model. It is evident they will use their existing engine units and tweak it to produce more performance out of their otherwise fuel conservative power units.
The GenX Nano displayed at 2015 Big Boys Toys Expo is the same which was showcased during launch. It is their fully-kitted version of their most affordable offering. It sports racing stripes, wider body kit, sporty alloy wheels and an aerodynamic spoiler too.
Safari Storme adorns new decals and off-road tyre giving it an adventurous stance. Tata Motors is popular for their off-road SUV models and the Safari Storme is their best offering at this moment.
