Suzuki S-Cross Crash Tested Before India Launch By ASEAN NCAP
Maruti Suzuki will be launching their first crossover model in India. The Japanese manufacturer has christened this model as their S-Cross and is developed from their SX4 sedan on offer India.
Safety is a major concern amongst most, however, to save a few bucks while buying a vehicle we opt out of it. Nowadays more and more people are ready to shell out money for additional safety.
Now we bring to you the crash test by ASEAN NCAP, who tested the S-Cross for various impacts. In the coming future, every vehicle will have to pass this crash test prior to being launched in India.
The S-Cross tested in the video has 7-airbags and was travelling at 63 kph in the front collision test. Japanese manufacturer are proud as the S-Cross scored a 5-star rating for Adult Occupant Protection and a 4-star for Child Occupant Protection.
Maruti Suzuki will be assembling its S-Cross at Manesar facility. The base model is unlikely to receive several safety equipment in an attempt to price it at an aggressive price point.
