Rowan Atkinson's twice crashed McLaren F1 hypercar is up for sale with a price tag of USD £ 8 million ($ 12 million). The car was bought by the famous hollywood actor for £ 540,000.
This very hypercar that is on sale was crashed twice by Mr.Bean in two separate instances. One crash actually cost Atkinson £ 900,000 to get it fixed.
In spite of the car being crashed and fixed twice, the value of the car has only gone up, leaving Atkinson to choose the difficult task of selling it for £ 8 million ($ 12 million).
The car is on sale in West London, at a place named Taylor and Crawley. Owner David Clark says that if he is left with a choice of buying a McLaren F1 that has done just a thousand miles or Atkinson's car that has run 41,000 miles, he will chose Atkinson's any day.
Clark worked with McLaren in the early 1990's when the McLaren F1 was launched, so is very familiar with the car.
The McLaren F1 is powered by a 6.1-litre engine that can propel the car from 0 to 60 mph in just 3.2 seconds and can keep accelerating all the way to 241 mph.
The McLaren had a three seat configuration on the inside, where the driver's seat was placed in the middle of the car.
