Renault To Focus Time & Money In Formula E Championship
Formula E season has come to an end and organisers are proud about the way their championship took form. The last round was held in London on 28th of June, 2015.
French automobile manufacturer Renault also took part in this competition. Their team was named e.dams-Renault Formula E Team, they had acquired driving expertise of Nicolas Prost and Sebastian Buemi.
Renault completed the inaugural season of Formula E in number one spot, winning the constructors Championship. They secured 232 points over 11 Formula E rounds held across the globe.
Based on their success Renault has promised to be bigger and better as a manufacturer for season two of Formula E Championship. The French manufacturer will lend more support in this electric race event.
This could be an indication of Renault moving away from Formula One, with its current predicament with teams and in the Championship.
Formula E is considered as the future of racing and Renault could wholeheartedly commit to this project. Their development will help the manufacturer improve its electric vehicles for street use.
