Renault India Introduces Free Pickup & Drop Services For Women
On the 8th of March, 2015 all over the world Women's day was celebrated. French automobile manufacturer, Renault has introduced a new facility for its female customers. They will now offer free pickup and drop facility for their vehicles.
Renault India is attempting at improving the customer experience with their product and services. On International Women's Day, the French manufacturer decided to introduce a new service to its female clientele. Women who want to get their vehicles serviced can opt for pickup and drop service, which will be free of cost.
They plan on introducing several other customer related initiatives, recently they introduced Renault Secure. The French manufacturer also offers extended warranty with roadside assistance and towing services as well if needed. All these initiatives have been priced carefully and is aimed at improving customer experience.
In India the French manufacturer will be introducing two new products. The first expected launch is that on their MPV, known as ‘Lodgy'. Second is a compact hatchback model, which will be introduced globally. These vehicles are expected to make their entry by mid-2015 and 2015-end respectively.
Renault currently offers five models in India in various segments. These include the Duster compact SUV, Koleos SUV, Fluence sedan, Scala and Pulse hatchback. The introduction of two new models is expected to boost the sales for the French automobile company.
