Ratan Tata Purchases Shares In Ola Taxi Service

Ratan Tata has stepped down from Tata Motors as the Chairman of this automobile outfit. He, however, cannot keep himself out of the work regime and has recently purchased shares in several new companies.

He has now purchased an undisclosed amount of shares in the taxi service. It has been confirmed on 1st of July, 2015 Ratan Tata invested his money in Ola cabe services.

Ola is the biggest online cab service in India and it competes with Uber. Ola recently also took over TaxiForSure for USD 200 million. They are expected to defeat every other company in this segment.

Ratan Tata has also invested his money in other new Indian companies. He has purchased shares in Snapdeal, Xiaomi, Ola and many others as well. Most of them have not disclosed the stake he holds in the companies.

Ola cabs are available in several cities across India. They also offer a wide range of vehicles customers can choose from. They take pride in the quality and convenience they offer, along with controlled pricing.
