PAYBACK Ties Up With Mahindra First Choice Services
PAYBACK, one of India's largest multi brand loyalty programs has tied-up with Mahindra First Choice Services (MFCS) to provide loyalty points for car servicing and repairs. This partnership marks PAYBACK's strategic entry into the INR 15,000 crore Indian automotive aftermarket service industries. PAYBACK Members will now be able to earn & redeem the points on car servicing and repairs. At present, this offer is valid on MFCS 29 service centers across India.
Backed by one of the most trusted brands in India, MFCS is the ideal partner of choice for PAYBACK's foray into the segment. The partnership offers 10 points on every INR 100 spent on car servicing and repairs. The offer promises to reach out to MFCS customers through a Customer Rewards Program and increase awareness about the services offered.
Speaking about the significance of the alliance, Rahul Rana the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, PAYBACK India said, "The organized automotive servicing industry growth has almost doubled with the number of new cars hitting the Indian roads increasing at an astounding rate. Our partnership with Mahindra First Choice Services (MFCS) adds a new fast growing service category and brings another industry heavyweight to the coalition. Now, PAYBACK Members can benefit every time they service their cars irrespective of the brand of cars they own." The Indian automotive aftermarket services industry is expected to reach INR 30,000 crores by 2018. The organized sector in car multi-brand services and repairs is expanding rapidly. The sector is expected to grow to around $9.4 billion, despite purchase of new cars and extended warranties by OEMs.
