Nissan Offers Support To Vehicle Owners Affected By Chennai Floods
Nissan India is offering support to customers that were affected during the Chennai floods. A special toll-free helpline (0124-6628111) has been setup to provide flood-affected customers. The excessive rainfall resulted in floods which affected people for almost a week.
All workshops in Chennai have resumed work and will speed up repair work on vehicles damaged during Chennai floods. Each and every Nissan workshop in Chennai will have a dedicated manager offering customers effective solutions.
Over 8,000, Nissan customers have been reached via SMS, social media, and emails. The message provided was that Nissan has re-opened their workshops and promises quick repairs. Nissan workshops are also providing insurance tips and what is covered under current policies.
A service camp is going to be organised soon by Nissan India in Chennai. The organisers will do a thorough check-up of Nissan vehicles and will provide discount and offers on genuine accessories. Nissan is focussed on providing customers with speedy and quick service of vehicles affected by floods.
Currently, Nissan dealers in Chennai are operating mobile vans to cater the needs of damaged vehicles. Additional space and technicians are being accommodated by dealerships and service centres across Chennai. Spare parts are also being redirected to Chennai for quick repairs.
