Nissan Patrol Coming To India For A Price Of INR 1,00,00,000
Nissan will be bringing its full-fledged SUV to India via the Completely Built Unit route. The Japanese manufacturer will be introducing its Patrol model in India soon.
The manufacturer will be targeting the niche luxury SUV segment with its Patrol. It will be a 7-seater SUV and will have several creature comforts to enhance the feel good experience within the cabin.
Nissan will power its Patrol with a mammoth sized engine:
- Engine: V8, 5.6-litre
- Horsepower: 400
- Torque: 559 Nm
- Gearbox: 6-speed manual, 7-speed and 5-speed automatic transmission with manual mode.
The Japanese manufacturer will be offering this SUV as a premium luxury vehicle. Nissan Patrol is expected to be priced with a tag of INR 1,00,00,000 ex-showroom.
Nissan will provide its Patrol with several features that make it a capable off-road machine:
- Hill Start Assist
- Hill Descent Control
- Anitlock Braking System
- Electronic Brakeforce Distribution
- Brake Assist
- Crash sensitive Automatic Unlock System
- Auto Hazard Lighting System
Nissan currently offers the Micra Active, Micra, Sunny, Evalia and Terrano models in India. They do not offer the X-Trail anymore and the Patrol will be their flagship model for India.
