Next Lamborghini To Be Called Centenario LP 770-4
There is a bit of news about Lamborghini's upcoming supercar. For one, it will be called Centenario LP 770-4. Two, it will be available in very limited numbers.
So why the name? Well, the Centenario will mark Ferruccio Lamborghini's 100 th year since his birth. He was the founder of Lamborghini. He was born on April 28, 1916.
The car will be powered by a naturally aspirated 6.5-litre V12 engine also found in the Aventador SV and regular Aventador models, tuned to produce 770 PS of power. The four-wheel drive system and the engine will be able to rocket the car from 0 to 100 km/h in 2.7 seconds!
The car will also boast a top speed of 350 km/h.
Coming to the availability part, it will be a limited edition model and only 20 will be built. The car might not be designed as extreme as the Veneno (in picture), but will sure have very exclusive goodies.
The car is expected to launch in April 2016, just in time to celebrate Lamborghini's 100 years. So how much will it cost? Ahem..USD 1.12 million approximately.
