Mercedes-Benz To Launch S500 Coupe, G63 & S63 AMG Coupe

Mercedes-Benz has been regularly updating the vehicle line up in India and is looking to get to the top of the luxury car segment and stay there.

To do that, the company has introduced a lot of new models in India. Mercedes-Benz is going to launch three products from its global portfolio, in a single day.

The German carmaker is all set to launch the S500 Coupe, G63 AMG and the S63 AMG Coupe in Delhi, on the 30th of this month.

Furthermore, two of these products would not have seen any predecessor for the Indian market. So let's take a closer look at what Mercedes has up its sleeves.

Powering this car is a 4.7-litre, twin-turbo V8 that produces 450 horsepower and 700 Nm of torque. It can reach 100 km/h from standstill in 4.6 seconds, while averaging 10 kpl. Power is delivered to the rear wheels through a nine-speed automatic transmission.

The car features adaptive suspension technology that is designed to act like a motorcycle by leaning through the corners. This technology operates at speeds between 15 to 180 km/h.

The G63 AMG will be launched in a never before seen Crazy Color. Powering this will be a 5.5-litre V8 that cranks out 536 horsepower and 760 Nm of peak torque.

Power like this is enough to propel this monstrous beast of a vehicle from 0 to 100 km/h in 5 seconds and reach a top speed of 212 km/h while making the world spin the other way around doing it!

The Mercedes-Benz S63 AMG Coupe will be powered by a 5.5-litre, V8 biturbo engine that delivers a total of 577 horsepower and 900 Nm of peak torque.

The seven speed automatic gearbox helps the car reach 100 km/h from a standstill in about 4.2 seconds and the car is equipped with a special set of AMG wheels and massive brakes to keep all those horses under control.
