Maruti Suzuki has launched the Nexa dealership - a separate dealership to sell Maruti Suzuki's premium cars. This is the first of its kind breakthrough modern retail channel being launched by Maruti Suzuki and will have an exclusive network of new age automotive showrooms across India.
The Nexa outlets will start operation by selling the Maruti Suzuki S-Cross, which is expected to launch early next month.
Maruti Nexa dealerships are designed to attract customers who are looking to buy a premium Maruti product and the outlets will offer the customer an exclusive experience as well.
Kenichi Ayukawa, the MD & CEO of Maruti Suzuki said, "Nexa is going to be an integrated design, hospitality and lifetime relationship experience. India market and society are rapidly changing and new segment customers are emerging."
"We have to take new initiatives to meet the diversifying expectations from the customers," the Managing Director and CEO added.
Maruti Suzuki mentioned that it has already employed 1000 relationship managers.
