Mahindra recently unveiled the first sketches of their upcoming compact SUV based on their ladder frame chassis. They also announced the name of this model and have launched their microsite with a video.
Indian manufacturer has named this vehicle the TUV300 and will be launched soon. Mahindra will provide only a diesel engine and it would not be bigger than 1,500cc capacity.
Design and styling cues have been taken from tanks, to provide a tough vehicle presence. It will be a compact SUV as TUV300 will not be longer than four metres, thus attracting tax benefits.
The TUV300 has been designed with inputs from Pininfarina, both interior and exterior will be fresh and premium. Not much has been revealed currently, Mahindra only promises this be a tough and rugged model.
On the microsite you can provide your name and other contact details. They will them notify individuals with more details as Mahindra comes closer to launch date of the TUV300.
