Mahindra Launches Supro Range In India For INR 4.25 Lakh Onwards
Mahindra launches the Supro Van and Supro Maxi Truck in India for a starting price of INR 4.38 lakh and 4.25 lakh respectively. The Supro Van is a passenger vehicle that can carry 8 passengers, while the Supro Maxi Truck is a commercial vehicle that can carry 1000 kg of payload.
The Supro Van competes against the Maruti Suzuki Omni in the Indian market, while the Supro Maxi Truck competes against the Tata Ace Mega.

Engine Specification:
Powering the Supro range is a 909 cc, 45 hp, DI turbo diesel motor that produces 98 Nm of peak torque. The engine returns 22.4 kpl (maxi truck) and 23.5 kpl (van), and comes mated to a five-speed manual transmission.
Features:
The main difference in the variants of both the vehicles, the Supro Van and the Maxi Truck is that the base variants do not come with AC or power steering, while the higher variants do come with them.
Apart from that, other features in the Supro Van include mobile charging facility, the option to choose either a 8 or 5 seating configuration and a large boot space.
