Lewis Hamilton involved in a car accident on a public road in Monaco. The accident occurred on Monday, November 9, 2015. The British-born Formula One driver confirms that he is safe and posted a photo of himself on his Instagram account.
Hamilton explains that he is coming out and taking responsibility for the incident that occurred in Monaco. The vehicle Lewis Hamilton was driving has sustained damage. Luckily, he crashed into a stationary vehicle, and no one was harmed in this incident.
Currently, he is in Brazil preparing for the second last race of the 2015 Formula One Championship. Due to the accident though Lewis Hamilton stayed a few days at his home before flying to Brazil. He is now with his Mercedes Team and is eager to perform well at Autodromo Jose Carlos Pace circuit.
Lewis Hamilton has secured three Formula One World Championships. He has won the titles in 2008, 2015, and 2015 season. Currently, Lewis Hamilton races for Mercedes-AMG in Formula One.
The 2015 Brazilian GP is scheduled for November 14 - 15, 2015. The Qualifying session is on Saturday at 21:30 IST and Raceday is slated for Sunday at 21:30 IST. Lewis Hamilton promises that if he wins it will be a salute to the late Ayrton Senna.
