Jenson Button Could Quit F1 To Co-Host New Top Gear Show
Jenson Button is not having the best drive in Formula One during 2015 Championship. Both he and the McLaren-Honda have been struggling from the very beginning of this year's season.
Now there are rumours the British driver could join Chris Evans as a co-host for new Top Gear show. This will surely boost value of the show with an all-new concept and format.
Top Gear has already confirmed Chris Evans as host of the show and two spots remain vacant. They plan on having a lady co-host as well for very first time on Top Gear.
If he considers joining Top Gear, Button will have to quit Formula One as the shooting schedule will interfere with his racing itinerary. It will be a different adventure for the British former F1 Champion.
BBC and Top Gear have confirmed that an announcement will be made soon regarding co-hosts. It is also still not confirmed if the Stig will be included in this new series or not.
Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May have confirmed that their new show will air on Amazon Prime. The first season of their show will commence in 2016 worldwide.
