Jaguar C-X75 Supercar Put Through Its Paces By Felipe Massa
The Jaguar C-X75 was recently put through its paces by Felipe Massa in Mexico City ahead of Formula One round. Felipe Massa is a Brazilian Formula One driver with Williams Martini Racing Team.
Jaguar's C-X75 supercar is driven by the villain 'Hinx' in James Bond Spectre movie. Felipe Massa took this car out for a spin to promote the movie. Mexico City plays a huge role in the opening scene of James Bond Spectre.
Massa was more than happy to be behind the wheel of a stunt car that was used in James Bond Spectre movie. The Brazilian driver was happy to see his engineers provide assistance in the development of Jaguar C-X75 supercar.
Both Williams and Jaguar have developed the power unit for the C-X75 supercar. Powering the vehicle is a hybrid-electric system, that uses four electric motors for individuals wheels. The battery is recharged by two diesel micro gas turbines.
Spectre is the 24th movie in the James Bond franchise and will be releasing in theatres across India on November 20, 2015. Internationally, the movie will premiere on October 26, 2015, in London.
Formula One is returning to Mexico GP after 1992, a gap of almost 23 years. Current F1 drivers are pleased to race around Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez circuit. Qualifying will be held on Nov. 1 at 00:30 IST, in India, and the race will be telecasted on Monday, Nov. 2 at 00:30 IST.
