Iran Plans To Build F1 Circuit

Formula One, the ultimate in motor racing is slowly expanding to new countries to give more people the taste of motorsport at its best.
To get a better bit of the action, Iran has now planned to build a Formula One Track and not just any track, but a ‘Beautiful' one.
Masoud Soltanifar, the Vice President and Head of Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism Organisation says that Iran has many young people that love driving and has the potential to be one of the best F1 destinations.
The planned destination for this new F1 track is Qeshm Island, a few kilometres away from the southern coast of Iran.
So it is now just a matter of time until Iran appears in the F1 calendar. Stay tuned for more updates.
