Hyundai Grand i10x Launched In Indonesia, Could It Be Offered In India

Hyundai Motors offers a wide range of products all over the Globe. They have introduced their Grand i10 hatchback in several popular markets for the manufacturer.

Now the Korean manufacturer has introduced an all-new derivative of its Grand i10 model. In Indonesia Hyundai has launched a crossover model called Grand i10x with attractive features.

Base model of Grand i10x costs Rp 15,55,00,000 or INR 7,46,000 in Indonesia. The crossover segment in India is huge and it is highly possible that Hyundai would bring this model to India as well.

Most prominent changes are the inclusion of black plastic cladding on lower portion of the vehicle. Grand i10x also sport new set of alloy wheels, skid plates, fog lamps and LED DRLs.

Hyundai has provided Grand i10x with a single engine option in Indonesia:

• Engine: 1.2-litre Kappa dual VTVT petrol
• Horsepower: 81.83
• Torque: 116 Nm
• Gearbox: 5-speed manual transmission

Indonesia gets its Grand i10x from India, which is manufactured at Hyundai's facility in Chennai. The possibility that this crossover being offered in India is high and will compete with Toyota Etios Cross.
