Ford Retail Distribution Of Genuine Parts Now In Maharashtra & Goa

Ford India has inaugurated a Retail Distribution centre for Genuine Parts in Maharashtra and Goa. The carmaker has appointed Autoji Ford Parts as an exclusive distributor, for both states and is located at, 17/8, D1 Block, MIDC Chinchwad, Pune.

The American based car manufacturer, will introduce their retail distributors for Ford Genuine Parts in Gujarat, Rajasthan, and East India later on. Ford India wants to provide its customers with superior ownership experience.

N Prabhu, V.P., Ford customer service operations, Ford India, expressed that new products are launching in the market. Commitment to provide availability of genuine spare parts to customers is the need of the hour.

He further added they are going to steadily increase their retail distribution network. Ford will attempt to come closer to customers as much as they can, providing reliable and genuine spares.

Ford India also offers several customer focused initiatives. They include 90 minute-Quick Service Bays, Mobile Service Vans, Roadside Assistance and vehicle report card.

Recently, Ford launched the Figo hatchback and Figo Aspire compact sedan in India. The automobile manufacturer also updated the EcoSport. Ford will soon be launching the new Endeavour SUV in the country.

Ford India is also increasing their dealership network, to reach a wider audience. Currently, they have 352 sales and service outlets in 189 cities across India. The automobile maker wants to provide customers with a better experience by having showrooms close to them.
