Fiat Offers Services To Flood Affected Vehicles In Chennai

Fiat Chrysler Automobiles will be reaching out to all their customers in Chennai whose vehicles were affected in the recent floods. Several vehicles have been damaged due to excessive rainfall which resulted in floods. It is estimated that over 300 Fiat vehicles were affected in Chennai.

Aggressive steps are being taken by Fiat to support flood affected vehicles in Chennai. Assistance will be provided for all Fiat vehicles which include the Punto, Linea, Avventura, and even Abarth models.

Roadside assistance will be provided to Fiat vehicles so that customers can easily get their cars to the workshops. Repair work will be carried out immediately and solutions will be provided as soon as possible. Vehicles will be transported to the service centre for free.

Dealerships and service centres will receive additional staff for providing better and quick service to customers. Trained staff from neighbouring states will temporarily be accommodated in Chennai to take care of customer vehicles affected by floods.

The cost of genuine parts will be shared between Fiat Chrysler Automobiles and customer. Insurance can be claimed, however, certain aspects will not be covered by the policy and thus genuine parts cost will be split, offering better value and peace of mind to Fiat owners in Chennai.
