Droom Teams Up With Uber For Supercar (Audi, Hummer) Rides

Droom, an online marketplace to buy & sell used cars, bikes, scooters, bicycles, and aeroplanes has announced its launch in Chandigarh. This launch will mark the expansion of the company in the Punjab region and local sellers and buyers will now be able to transact on Droom's platform for buying and selling automobiles, including bikes, cars, and even planes.

To mark its entry into the new market, Droom has tied up with Uber in Chandigarh for ‘Supercars on Demand' that will give Uber riders an opportunity to ride exquisite cars. With a large collection of supercars, this initiative will allow selected Uber riders to book a supercar through the Uber app on October 28, 2015 (Wednesday) between 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

Cars like Audis, Hummers, Bentleys, and Porsches will be part of the fleet especially organized for the Droom and Uber customers in Chandigarh.

An Uber Spokesperson said, "Uber has been committed to providing a quality riding experience to everyone. While we have been offering best in class AC rides at Rs. 5/Km, this festive season we are celebrating Chandigarh's love for super cars. We've partnered with Droom to get you a unique experience where you can request supercars like Bentleys, Hummers and Audis for free."

Droom, besides giving access to users to a wide range of automobiles, it also helps users with consultation services through ‘Droom Assist', a special platform that provides expert advice and suggestions to people looking to buy an automobile with specific requirements.
