Driver Fined For Using Apple Watch While Driving

A Canadian driver has been fined for using an Apple Watch while driving. The driver was fined because he used his Apple Watch to change the song!

Jeffrey Macesin, the unfortunate driver was fined 120 dollars by a patrolman, under the Quebec Highway Safety Code which states "no person may, while driving a road vehicle, use a hand-held device that includes a telephone function."

There was a similar case sometime ago which involved a woman wearing a Google Glass. The case was dismissed though since there was no way of knowing whether the driver was using the eyepiece while driving.
