Chevrolet New Cruze Revealed With Improved Styling & Engine
Chevrolet Cruze is a popular sedan in several countries and has not received any major change, since its launch. The manufacturer has now provided an all-new design language for 2016.
They have made this new Cruze more lighter and more efficient than its predecessor. Chevrolet has managed to maintain and provide better performance with its sedan.
Alan Batey, president, General Motors North America, commented, "The 2016 Cruze builds on a very successful program that introduced Chevrolet to new customers the world over."
He further added, "We retained all the attributes that made the original Cruze a hit around the globe and built on them to make this car more sophisticated, more fun and more Chevrolet."
Chevrolet has showcased its all-new Cruze in Detroit, however, they are keen to introduce it in over 40 global markets. It is highly possible that the new Cruze will come to India as well. Chevrolet will be introducing the Cruze in several markets by 2016 and not prior to that.
The front looks sporty and stylish, it has a very dominating fascia. Chevrolet has also provided LED Daytime Running Lights with projector headlamps. They have also made use of chrome wherever possible for a more premium look.
Side profile of new Cruze looks more fluidic and aerodynamic. Strong and muscular body lines highlight the performance factor of this sedan. You will once again see chrome treatment around the windows.
Rear looks simple yet elegant, bumper has been designed for a more sporty persona. Tail Lights are simple and nothing fancy to offer here. Chevrolet has done an excellent job by redesigning the Cruze and not using the originality of its sedan.
The interior of 2016 Chevrolet Cruze is all black and gets more technology than ever before. Chevrolet has tried to make their sedan more premium and upmarket, we believe they have achieved this with their 2016 model.
Internationally Chevrolet will be providing their Cruze with a host of new engines. In India it is most likely to sport engines that are doing duty in existing model. Chevrolet India could offer a performance oriented model in the country as well.
