BMW X5 M And X6 M Launching In India On 15th October
Launches, launches, and more launches coming up—the BMW X5 M and the X6 M are to be launched on the 15th of October in India.
BMW is slowly bringing in more ‘M' models to India. The M stands for the German carmaker's Motorsport division and these models are tuned for more performance.
BMW is slowly adding more products to its M range. Currently on offer in India are the M3, M4, M5 and the recently launched M6 Gran Coupe, which had a facelift.

The X5 M will be based on the X5 SUV that is also currently on sale in India, while the X6M will be based on the X6, which is also on sale in India.
These two new products from BMWs M division will have a 4.4-litre, twin-turbo, eight-cylinder petrol engines that will churn out around 567 horsepower and 750 Nm of peak torque, mated to an eight-speed gearbox.
They will also flaunt 21-inch wheels and M compound brakes, that were originally designed for racing. Now that will be a worthy advisory for fellow German rival, Mercedes-Benz.
But Mercedes too has something up its sleeve—the Mercedes GLE Coupe, which will be launched on the 14th of October, a day before BMWs launch.
We can expect the BMW M products to be priced between INR 1.5 to 2.5 crore.
