Bentley rolls out its very first Bentayga premium SUV from its headquarters in Crewe, United Kingdom. The very first Bentayga will join the famous Heritage Collection and is handcrafted by Bentley's experienced workforce.
Deliveries of the new Bentayga will commence from January 2016. Bentley has invested over 840 million Pounds into the development of their very first luxury SUV. From the concept stage, Bentley has spent over four years before commencing production.
Wolfgang Durheimer, Chairman and Chief Executive, Bentley Motors, believes, the Bentayga will be a benchmark for luxury SUVs. Several manufacturers will look up to the Bentayga and will use it as a reference point for their luxury SUV models.
The very first Bentayga receives Anthracite exterior paint job. Bentley's experienced staff has spent over 130 hours in handcrafting the luxury SUV to the individuals preference. Bentley has set up an all-new body shop, paint shop, and assembly line for the Bentayga luxury SUV.
Powering the Bentayga is a W12 petrol engine with variable displacement. The engine produces 600bhp and 900Nm of peak torque output. The Bentayga can achieve a top speed of 301 km/h and can sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.1 seconds. Even with exceptional performance the Bentayga promises a fuel economy of 13.1 litres per 100 kilometres.
