Audi India Inaugurate Their First Technical Service Centre
German luxury car maker Audi has recently inaugurated its Technical Service Centre in India. This is a huge step for the manufacturer showing the have faith in the Indian market.
It is the very first centre in India and the seventh in Asia Pacific. Audi India inaugurated their Technical Service Centre in Mumbai. This centre will help them in better serving Indian customers.
The Technical Service Centre was inaugurated by Ulli Seyfferth, Audi AG, Head of Technical Service. It will have a workshop and training facility that will be on par with Audi Global standards.
At the Technical Service Centre there will be three work bays that will be climate controlled. There will also be an Analysis Workshop, which will house state-of-the-art equipment for diagnostic purposes.
Joe King, Head, Audi India, expressed, "Customer delight has been our focus and our Customer Centric strategy has been instrumental in our success in the Indian market."
He further added, "Customers are serviced for life when they buy an Audi. Audi Technical Service Centre is a step in that direction."
Audi currently offers a wide range of products in India. They include the A3, A4, A6, A8 L, Q3, Q5, Q7, RS 5, RS 7, TT and R8 models. All models are available across the Indian subcontinent.
