Aston Martin Appoint Vikram Bhatia As CFO
Aston Martin Holdings (UK), has announced that Vikram Bhatia will take over as the company's new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective immediately.
Vikram Bhatia will report to Dr Andy Palmer, Aston Martin's Chief Executive Officer.
Vikram Bhatia trained with Deloitte and has more than 30 years of experience, spanning blue chip and private equity organisations.
Former CFO of Aston Martin, Hanno Kirner, left the company to take up a position at a British plc outside the automotive industry.
Commenting on the announcement of the new CFO, Dr Palmer said, "I'm pleased to confirm that Vikram will join Aston Martin as CFO at this important time. Vikram inherits an experienced and professional financial team that, together, will contribute to the transformational management group I'm building to tackle the most ambitious investment period in our 102-year history."
Der Palmer thanked Kirner for his support when he was with the company and wished him luck for his future endeavors.
