2015 Geneva Motor Show: Lexus LF-SA Makes Its Global Debut
The Geneva Motor Show will be open to general public from 5th March to 15th March, 2015. Every manufacturer from around the world is present with at least one of their upcoming models. Japanese luxury car maker Lexus is also present with one of their ultra-compact concepts.
Lexus celebrated their 25th anniversary of launching their very first vehicle, which was their LS400 saloon. To mark the occasion the Japanese manufacturer challenged its European Design Studio to deliver an ultra-compact vehicle. The LS-FA is a product of this challenge, which is astoundingly good looking.
The LS-FA concept has been developed to accommodate four passengers. Lexus believes that the future of automobiles will be different from todays experience. The Japanese manufacturer is confident that in the upcoming future driving experience will be the ultimate luxury over everything else.
Lexus has focused on the exterior design giving the ultra-compact concept a dynamic presence. The front sports their family grille, which is further accentuated by the power lines across the bumper and bonnet of this vehicle.
The designers have used a unique technique called ‘manipulation of lightness'. This has enabled them to gives the ultra-compact concept a rather spacious interior feel. To access rear seats the front passenger seat gets a slide adjust system. They have provided a hologram-style display as their infotainment system.
