Gorden Wagener, Head of Design of Daimler AG, commented, "The G-Code is both beautiful and intelligent, and interprets our typical Mercedes coupe design idiom." The Vision C-Code will feature equipment that Mercedes-Benz call their 'power-on-the-move-suspension', which will generate electricity from the movement of springs.
The G-Code will sport muscular body lines, along with a bold stance. Mercedes-Benz will provide the SUC with LED headlights and tail lamps. It will also feature a twin-blade grille, along with 21-inch wheels. The engineers have also given a canopy-style glasshouse that replaces side mirrors.
The German manufacturer has not revealed the power unit or output of its G-Code. They have confirmed the use of a turbocharged mill that will use hydrogen as fuel, while the rear wheel will be powered by an electric motor. Mercedes-benz will also use a dual-clutch transmission, along with an electric prop shaft.
