Tata Motors Consider NCR Vital For Zest

Tata Motors has recently launched its compact sedan with its new philosophy. The Indian automobile giant has christened its vehicles as 'Zest'. The manufacture is betting high with its new direction called Horizonext.

The Indian manufacturer has made it clear that NCR is among the important markets in India for Zest. Tata Motors has introduced 13 revamped showrooms, along with an additional 250 front sales team. The NCR market increased by 47% during FY 14, while other markets declined.

Tata Motors organised a special event for the first 100 customers of its Zest in New Delhi. The first ten owners of Zest were flagged-off by Ranjit Yadav, President, Passenger Vehicles, Tata Motors and Girish Wagh, Senior Vice President, Programme Planning & Project Management, Passenger Vehicles, Tata Motors.

Ranjit Yadav, President Passenger Vehicles Business Unit, Tata Motors, explained, "Zest, as a breakthrough product from Tata Motors, brings disruption in compact sedan market with 29 segment differentiators."

He further added, "It will definitely appeal the largest car market in the country with its innovative design features, great drive experience and the exclusive Harman infotainment system."

The Indian automobile giant is focussing on NCR as a vital market. It is considered the largest market for automobiles in India. Approximately 24,000 four wheelers are purchased every month in the NCR region.

Tata Motors is revamping its strategy to lure in new buyers and create better engagement in showrooms. The Indian manufacturer has launched a 333 Confidence. It offers either three years or one lakh kilometre warranty whichever comes first.

They will also offer an Annual Maintenance Contract(AMC) for three years or 45,000 kilometres, whichever comes first. A 24X7 Roadside Assistance for a period of three years will also be offered. Tata Motors plans to offer improved reliability, while reducing ownership cost with its Zest.

Tata Motors has launched its Zest compact sedan at a starting price of INR 4,64,000 ex-showroom, Delhi for its petrol powered engine. While the diesel powered mill is priced starting from INR 5,64,000 ex-showroom, Delhi.
