Tata 'Dream It To Win It' Competition Winners Announced
India's largest manufacturer of four-wheelers, Tata Motors, have recently launched its next generation of vehicles. They launched their compact sedan the 'Zest', they will soon be following it with their hatchback ‘Bolt'.
The Indian manufacturer also does various promotional activities to connect with its customers. Tata Motors had recently announced its ‘Dream It To Win It' competition. They will be offering scholarships to nine winners from Delhi, contestants will be judged in a unique drawing competition.
R Ramakrishnan, Senior Vice President, Commercial Vehicles Business Unit, Tata Motors expressed, "At Tata Motors, we believe that the safety of school children is of utmost importance. The ‘Dream it to win it' contest is one such activity, where children are encouraged to showcase their idea of safety, by evoking their creative side, through a drawing and collage competition."
He further added, "As one of the country's largest school bus manufacturers, promoting safety during school bus travel, is in our best interest and we will continue to do so through various such initiatives, creating a sense of responsibility among children, their parents, schools and school bus operators."
The Indian manufacturer had organised its 'Dream it to Win it' competition in 22 cities of India. They included Amritsar, Ahmedabad, Bhubaneshwar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Cochin, Coimbatore, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Jalandhar, Lucknow, Madurai, Mangalore, Mumbai, Namakkal, Nellore, Pune, Rajkot, Salem, Thiruvananthapuram, Vijayawada and Visakhapatnam.
Over 3.9 lakh students from 1900 schools across the country participated. Students were divided into three categories, with 198 city level winners and 9 national level winners. The prize winning entries compete at the city level, and the winners then move forward to the national level competition.
