Renault To Launch New Duster In 2017
Renault was among the few manufacturers to venture into India with a compact SUV. The French manufacturer launched its Duster for India in 2012. Since then the compact SUV has been a hit with Indian customers.
Globally Renault has sold over one million Dusters. It has been four years since the launch and the French manufacturer is set to give it a new look. Renault will be launching the second generation of the Duster globally by 2017.
The 2017 Renault Duster will sport a modern avatar. The design of the vehicle will not be changed extensively, minor improvements are expected. The compact SUV will sport new headlights, front grille, foglamps, skid plate, alloy wheels and bigger wheel arches.

Renault won't be launching the second generation Duster in any market prior to 2017. However, India is set to get a 4x4 option of the current-gen compact SUV for the coming festive season. The interior will remain the same, however, minor upgrades to the styling are expected by the French manufacturer.
The French manufacturer has not revealed its pricing for the 4x4 Duster option. We expect the option to cost a premium and will be in the INR 12,00,000 to INR 14,00,000 price bracket. No doubt Indian buyers will be waiting eagerly for the 2017 Renault Duster.
