Michael Schumacher To “Live A Relatively Normal Life Again”
Finally, some good news surrounding Multi-championship-winning Formula 1 driver Michael Schumacher road to recovery after his tragic skiing accident last December.
Jean Todt, FIA President and close friend of Schumacher, has revealed to the world that Michael may indeed be able to live a ‘relatively normal life again.' This will no doubt be heartening news for the family and fans of the German racing driver.
"We may assume that Schumacher can live a relatively normal life within a short period of time," said the FIA president to a major radio station.
While Schumacher is set to recover to a far greater extent than originally imagined by his doctors, he will probably never be able to drive a Formula 1 car again.
Todt visited Shumacher at his home on the shore of Lake Geneva, where the popular driver is now residing again. The FIA president added, "He fights. His condition improves, which is very important, as is the fact that he is now home with his family."
The Schumachers have received tremendous support from fans around the world ever since that fateful December day, and this news will no doubt go a long way in lifting their spirits. Get well soon, Schumi.
