Mercedes-Benz Launching New C-Class On 25th November At CeBIT
Mercedes-Benz India will be launching its new C-Class on 25th of November, 2014. The German manufacturer will be showcasing its luxury sedan at CeBIT India 2014. It is an IT event and is considered the world's leading business IT event.
The German luxury automobile manufacturer has launched several products in India during 2014. Their most recent launch was the GLA 45 AMG compact SUV. The goal for this year was to introduce new and interesting products in various segments.
Mercedes-Benz in 2014 focused their manpower at their new products like the CLA 45 AMG, GLA 45 AMG and GLA-Class. The new C-Class has thus been delayed and has been confirmed to launch on 25th of November.
Eberhard Kern, Managing Director and CEO, Mercedes-Benz India expressed, "The new C-Class set a new benchmark with its technological and design advancement. We thought CeBIT is the right platform to showcase the technological prowess of the new C-Class as well as a prime example of how the latest generation telematics and IT systems are well integrated in Mercedes-Benz cars."
He further added, " The C-Class clearly redefines the segment altogether and sets a newer benchmark in terms of technological accomplishment of Mercedes-Benz. We are confident that the new C-Class which makes its India debut on November, 2014 will continue its success story and remain on top of our customer's preference list."
We believe Mercedes-Benz India will be launching the petrol powered C-Class first and will follow it with their diesel C-Class in coming months. The new C-Class will be assembled in Pune, Maharashtra at their India facility. Pricing for this new model has not been revealed, but it won't be priced lower than the existing C-Class.
